This article is going to focus on something which has been long suspected, but about which very little is understood. It is going to finally end the debate of what is a mid life crisis versus what is a real case of male menopause. In addition to focusing on the signs and symptoms of male menopause - better and more correctly known as male menopause - it is also going to look into possible treatment options, such as the human growth hormone supplement known as Provacyl.

More men than you may think go through what is more commonly known as male menopause. For years, the period of difficulty men go through during their middle aged years has simply been known as a mid life crisis. However, we are finally coming to realize that the problem goes far deeper than that. The signs and symptoms associated with the mid life crisis are actually attributed to andropause in many, many cases. As mentioned, andropause is the correct terminology for what, in recent years, has come to be known as male menopause. This is not just arguing semantics; to say a man can go through any type of menopause is a severe misunderstanding. The term menopause, even if it is used as “male menopause,” implies that a man menstruates, and that he goes through a period of time when it stops. That is the essence of being menopausal. Since that is clearly an impossibility, andropause is the correct term.

Andropause occurs when the amount of testosterone produced by a man’s body begins to slow down and decrease. Similarly, when a woman goes through menopause, her body gradually begins to produce less and less estrogen until it ceases completely. This is one of the differences between what men go through and what women go through: a man’s body will never stop producing testosterone. It will merely produce less than he has become accustomed to over the course of his life. Still, that decrease can lead to many of the same symptoms as menopause. For instance, fatigue and depression are common place, along with weight gain and a strong lack of energy. Mood swings are a matter of course, and a man may find that he begins to lack muscle tone and definition. Night sweats and hot flashes may be strictly a woman’s domain, but a man going through andropause experiences his fair share of unpleasantness. Although women unquestionably have the raw end of the deal, never doubt that men go through quite a lot of discomfort themselves. Irritable Male Syndrome.

Human growth hormone supplements like Provacyl work by acting as a stimulant for the pituitary gland. It is given the signal to begin producing more human growth hormone, which actually causes all the aforementioned signs and symptoms to reverse and retreat. Supplements of this nature make it easier to lose weight and build muscle, and they also strengthen the immune system, so it is much easier to protect the body against all types of infections. HGH supplements in general and Provacyl in particular strengthen mental awareness and the ability to concentrate, and they stimulate more energy both in everyday life and in other matters. This product can also reduce the appearance of aging, such as wrinkles and sagging, slack skin. Overall, it makes for a generally healthy lifestyle. Male Estrogen
